Vote to Approve Our Amended Purposes for Registered Charity Status
Service Description
To all Blooming Boulevards members: We need your vote! Please attend a very important Special Meeting of Members on Thursday, March 6 at 7:00 PM. To be approved as an Ontario Registered Charity, the existing Purposes in our corporation's Articles of Amendment must be changed to comply with CRA regulations. We must also change the wording in our By-Law 2 to include those same Purposes. Changes to both documents have been approved by the Board of Directors, but need our Members' votes of approval to become official.
Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 2 days before the meeting. Only current 2025 members may attend. A reminder and your zoom link will be sent to you 2 days before the meeting. If you do not receive these, please check your junk mail before emailing us.
